San Jose Villas

I have been living at the San Jose Villas now for 2 years and I love them. The staff is amazing and anytime I have had an issue like a kitchen light bulb going out they have been so fast at getting things done. The rooms are super big and the insulation is so good that once the doors and windows are shut it's so quite. For living alone with children I love the front door courtyard. It gives me such a sense of security knowing someone isn't coming right to my door and knocking on it. The parking... is the only minor con I have but my friends, family and myself have all left our cars in the guests parking overnight and nothing has ever happened to them. I would recommend these homes to anyone but especially single parents because you have that front security gate and your own garage. Great homes and staff! Read More

Love it here, very quite, has everything mentioned on the site as far as updated appliances. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is on time with repairs. If there is a issue they will some how try to resolve of course if its obtains to the property. Site is very clean. Neighbors are friendly as well. The size of the community is just right!

I HAVE BEEN HAPPY IN THIS COMUNITY SPECIAL WHEN YOU FIEND A PLACE WERE YOU COUNT, PEOPLE HERE ARE CARING AND THEY THERE WITH QUCKINIS AND CARE WHEN SOME NEED FIXING, GREAT OFFICE PEOPLE AND THEY CARE FOR THE COMUNITY. I FEEL SAFE AND CONTENDED LIVING HERE AND MOST OF ALL GRAT LOCATION CLOSE TO EVEVRY THING.
