The Mirage Apartments

I Just had my car windows busted open
At these apartments.
So now I feel Unsafe
And I don't feel comfortable
with my Property being here

After 3 days of calling consistently and following up to get a basic application and still NOTHING.
Red Flag and unprofessional... time to look elsewhere.

Don’t! I mean Do not move hear, unless your extremely desperate. The roaches I mean are horrible. They spray them they roaches leave for a couple months then come back with a vengeance. The owner does not care about up keep. It’s the bare minimum. I’ve been here 2 years and the city has been called on them multiple times. But nothing changes. The pool is always shut down. Extremely Unprofessional ! Many issues with these apartments. Pest controls is terrible. Roaches are everywhere, outside and inside and management doesn't care. Gates are broken and they never even try fixing them. There are always bums digging through garbages and weird random people entering the apartments. No security and no safety. Management is very sketchy. The son of the previous manager was involved in a shoot right outside of their door. If you don't believe me, check the website of... the mirage apartments. The most interesting thing is, when leaving the apartments, no matter how nice and clean you leave it, they will still strip your whole security deposit away from you. They are constantly involved in law-suites because of that. Can't understand how city still allows them to operate. Very sad and disappointing. Advise to stay away from here as much as possible!! Terrible apartments! Very unprofessional! Roaches everywhere, Gates are broken and never fixed. They steal your deposit at the end of your move out even if you clean the place spotless. Definitely stay away from these apartments!
