Profits over People
It is a nice facility; I just moved out after an 18 month stay. However, its profits are important than people. The complex manager position was reduced to a part time position and my rent went up by 5% after 12 months. The walls are very sound-proof, but if there is a marijuana smoker in your building (non-smoking does not seem to be enforced) the stench carries through the walls.

Wonderful Community
We have lived at The Orchards for five years and just moved out to relocate for work. The complex is quiet, safe and well kept. But what really sets The Orchards apart are the efforts of Yasmina and Kamo. They are quick to address any issues and are more than just property managers they are community builders.

By far the best apartments I've ever rented. Yasmina is an amazing manager, on top of everything! Apartments are gorgeous, walls are very thick, lots of natural light, well kept grounds, fast maintenance when you need anything fixed, great location, friendly neighbors, ect. These apartments definitely hit every mark for me.

Love the neighbors and manager
The apartments have a lot of space and are in a great area. The neighbors are all so welcoming and kind. The manager is there when you need her 24/7 and she knows all her tenants by name even their pets. I feel so at home and comfortable and safe in these apartments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming place. Especially people with kids and or pets.

Orchards
Awesome complex that delivers a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The online rent payment method is very convenient for our busy lifestyle. But most importantly, there are NO roaches or annoying insects creeping inside.
