Peaceful friendly community

Let me start off by saying the managers Yvonne and Adolfo are great friendly people. Always around if needed, making sure the complex is clean and running properly. A very quiet clean complex, friendly people. I stayed for 10yrs never had an issue with neighbors or managers. If you have an issue, Yvonne will take care if it ASAP. Security has gotten better but could use improvements. I recommend these apartments. Keep up the great work.

Convenience and peace

Are you are looking for a truly quiet multi family complex that is conveniently located to transportation, shopping, dining and entertainment? Then Quiet Cove is a fit for you! As a six year resident I loved that I was able to access things like grocery stores, and dining without a car. The laundry appliances in the community laundry room have been upgraded twice since I moved in. You easily pay with quarters or through an app on your phone. Spectrum is the best service for internet. The complex... is aged, however there is noticeable work being done to update and keep up with the times. The on-site manager is really nice, and easy to communicate with. I never had an issue with packages go missing from my front door. The owner and management company are always looking at ways to increase security. If I didn’t have to move for work, then I’d still be a resident. I have a four star rating as there is definitely room for growth and I never give fives stars to anything as it states that I feel there is no need for improvement, and it’s perfect. Other than that I believe you’ll really like living at Quiet Cove apartments.

Rent at your own risk

The landscaping and upkeep of the trees is amazing. I just wish that same care was applied to the apartments.there’s mold issues that need to be addressed there are wires hanging from roof to roof. There are cats roaming then building and it smells like it. The lady landlord is a nightmare if you have concerns please ask to speak with the husband. There are roaches in the carports and the carports are in need of paint. The fences are rotted and never fixed. The front gates are always broken... which has made me late for work and also is a safety issue. At this time there is a big hole in the fence in which someone can just walk in and this is a safety issue. This has been this way over a month. My car has been broken in multiple times. The neighborhood is not the best. They are not honest about parking. Come at night and make the decision for self. Just don’t want anyone else to be stuck in a place like this. If you see other tenants ask about the water damage when it rains.

Property Manager at Quiet Cove Apartments responded to this review

Thank you for taking a moment to share your thoughts with us. Its important that we provide excellent customer service at all times, and were sorry if we have disappointed you. Please accept our apologies. We are very interested in improving the... Quiet Cove Apartments. Hopefully, you've noticed the new roofs that we have installed on all the buildings. Also, the new drainage to keep rain water out and away from the apartments. Additionally, this year all the buildings will be painted and all the wood fences will be repaired. Finally, the vehicle gate has warped, but will be replaced soon. We appreciate your support these past six years as a loyal and caring resident. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the Quiet Cove Office in the future to share your concerns.

Do not move here

Wow. I have never had so many issues living on a complex for only a short 3 months.
Here is what we went through, and we hope no one has to go through this like we did.
Do your research, this place is awful.
1. Our water faucet didn’t work for a full week since we moved in. We had to call the managers 3 times over 3 days, and they didn’t fix it until 7 days after the first call.
2. Parking is terrible. You are only allowed one space, and there is street parking outside. The street parking is...
terribly hard to find, and surrounded by a hookah lounge that is open late at night. When parking our cars on the street, we got 2 tires stolen, and a window broken into. We were only here for 3 months.
3. The managers are terribly rude and hard to work with. They seem like miserable people who just want to make your life more difficult. They are not friendly, do not respond in reasonable amounts of time, and are constantly nagging about something with you.
4. You may not skateboard, scooter, or walk around talking “loudly” because it will disrupt your neighbors & the managers WILL find you and ask you to go inside.
5. Your neighbors will not be friendly and will not say hi even when you’re walking by.
This place had such a terrible vibe, and we paid the price for signing the lease. Expensive mistake living here, but glad we’re out.
Please don’t make the same mistake. All I can say is do your research and look at the reviews. :(

Quiet cove apartments

Been living in these apartments for six months now. I must say it was a steal so far. The location is great. Katella and Euclid has everything in walking distance. From Walmart grocery, food for less, big lots, Walgreens, cvs, and kmart. Not to mention all the fast food restaurants. The name for these apartments doesn't fail. It's really quiet and pleasant . only noise you will here is sometimes coming from the other apartments behind . But it's never anything to loud .Management is really nice... and always helps where needed . Guest parking sucks . They have to park on the street and there's rarely parking on the street. But you can always park by a hookah bar down the street as long as it's not past the time they close . The apartments behind us aren't the prettiest thing to look at but here's a big fence with barbed wire separating us between them. We have a one bedroom and it's really big. A lot bigger then we would've had imagined having for $1125 a month . Everything was redone . brand new marble covered stove . Bed room is huge with big mirror covered closet doors . We easily fit a king bed with plenty of space left. No central AC but the living room has a box AC. Got a patio with a huge glass door and a big window so air flow isn't a problem with no AC. The rooms don't have lighting . I thought that was kind of weird but with a lamp plugged in it fixes the trick . There's light switches that go to certain plugs meant for lighting . So far has been a good place to live .
