The Camden staff has been great to work with and very helpful. Living here was a great choice and close to everything. Very spacious apartments and didn’t feel overcrowded. Thankful to the staff and the great service.

Four recent false alarm triggers, only the most recent one was given a "reason," which was supposedly a tenant smoking. Considering I've accidentally smoked up my unit cooking once or twice with no alarm triggered and alarms are rarely sensitive enough to be triggered by the very small amount of smoke coming off of one cigarette, this is highly doubtful to be the legitimate reason. An absolute scam, they will take all of your money and have no class when it come to working things out. They lied to our face about multiple solutions and then made us pay an extra 5k when we were $100 short of making our final payment AFTER our lease was paid in full. Please do not move here, you will be drenched in dust, loud alarms at 8am and absolutely nothing to do besides visit Carl’s Jr.

This is by far the best apartment community I’ve ever lived. My wife and I rent a studio and we just love it. We’ve lived in 5 different Camden communities as well, all around the country. Nothing compares to Camden Glendale. They have a dog park, a dog spa, a 24/7 gym, which saves us a drive and pay if we lived in a different place. The rent is not cheap, but nothing in California is. And with the location, amenities, and extraordinary staff, it’s worth every penny. Our neighbors are always... nice, polite, and very clean. The whole complex is spotless. I really cannot recommend Camden Glendale enough. I’m really thankful to have such a nice environment where I live.

This building has had random fire sprinklers going off for 10 months destroying belongs, upending lives, and it's still happening. Most recent was one week ago. Imagine waking up at 4 am to blaring alarms only to have water spraying all over your apartment, or if you live below you'll have water pouring through your ceiling on your belongings. It's a problem that has not been fixed and will continue. It's very troubling that they are still listing apartments for rent when it's a huge problem... that has not been fixed.
