    Safe, comfortable, convenient building

This building is awesome because you can walk to the grocery, CVS, or the Chinese restaurant or Pete's coffee. The shopping center below has everything you could need, so you can go without a car. The ferry into the city is also only a mile down the bike path so you can walk or bike, perfect and fast commute. The neighborhood is filled with small apartment buildings creating a very residential feel. It's safe and comfortable. The building itself is old and could use some more updates but that is… to be expected in Cali! I would recommend it to a friend if asked.
