DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
This company just wants your money. Don't get sold on the amenities above because most of them are not even true. There are no dishwashers in the units. You only get a parking space in the garage if you rent a 1 bedroom, and parking on the street is horrible. The elevators are always broken. The back door is always open for anyone to walk in. The pool is only open on certain days during the week when everyone is at work; not open on the weekends. They take forever to fix things because… everything has to go through an approval process; so its basically whats the highest priority problem to the person doing the approving. The washer and dryers are always dirty, dog poop and pee everywhere, and very low water pressure. No one to contact for after hour problems. Not all the 1 bedroom units are the same size.
