Poor management lacks communication with current and potential tenants
Currently in the process of getting an apartment here and the process has been terrible once the application goes through. Office never answers any of their phone numbers, isn't open when they say they're open, and they don't even work in person! They leave you in the dark for everything and don't reach out to you, making the process even more of a headache.
Heaven forbid they answer their phone, they give you attitude and hang up on you. Their process to go from application to moving in is... confusing and they don't explain anything. I'm regretting even going through with the rental at this rate.
