Orange Tree Apartments
The reason I am taking the time to write this review is because corporate has been super unprofessional. This place is not safe and there was shootings almost day to day. The gate rarely worked. Several of my cars were vandalized and no security was on site which was specified.
At the end of the contract, we gave our 30 day notice and Corporate did not validate it. On top of that, she has the nerve to say that they would take off part of my deposit when the apartment was left in mint condition... . Give me a break avoid this at all cost. Only person that was helpful was Tim, but even he was limited by Corporate. I was never given the number to contact them.
