I just moved into this property and the manager Tatiana was so helpful she made our application process so easy and ran smoothly considering it’s our first time renting! The property is beautiful and spacious for my kids and I & i’m thankful we came across her and this property! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay and a Manager whose so helpful it’ll feel like you’ve done this before lol THANK YOU TATIANA!!!!

Hi, I am living in Town and Country Apartment for past two years. When we moved in Sherry was our Apartment manager, she was very attentive and always available she took care of the PEOPLE and the APARTMENTS especially the bug and insect issues right away. But then she disappeared . A new manager was hired. BIG Disappointment! She didn't know what is was doing, the office was always closed it was hard to get hold of her. we give her couple of month but NOPE she couldn't get it together. Our... work orders was hardly taken care. I spoke with my neighbors they had the same complains about her. the garbage area was a hot mess its still the same :( it was never washed never cleaned the new tenants were not advice how to garbage this large items so the apartments start having more bugs and more ants problems. she is out and we have a new manager. i am writing this review for the new manager hoping he/she will step up and take action. The garbage area needs to be clean. it close to our apartment the smell is horrible! office needs to be open and the phone calls need to be returned in timely manners. we pay ALOT of an old apartment. we deserve to be treated nicely and live in a safe place. The new manager also needs to take care of the loud and pot smoking neighbors. There should be flyer send out asking residents to be courteous.
