Very expensive to live here and every other week the water will be shut off without notice and for hours! The fitness center that they charge towards your rent has been closed down for months with no signs of re opening any issues you have within your apartment takes weeks to fix! My air conditioner broke during a heat wave and was not fixed for almost a month! I had to keep calling and going to the leasing office to figure out what was taking so long. Every other week we have no water or no hot water this issue has been going on for years Amberwood management team never gives us notice about shutting off water they say it's always a emergency issue. We have issues with the boilers that's why residents are consistently without hot water. They charge residents for maintenance fees but the grounds and wash rooms are not properly maintained. The fitness center is a joke old and broken equipment. It's a revolving door because the apartments have... so many issues. After this new company bought these apartments maybe 2 years ago this place has totally gone to the dogs. I have had my own vehicle vandalized 3 times. My wife's vehicle has been vandalized and my daughter's vehicle was badly vandalized. A brand new vehicle. The gates to the parking lots are almost always broken, thus any vandal who wants in can just waltz in and do whatever he wants. There used to be grass in the apartment areas but now just dirt and when it rains the sidewalks are covered... with mud. Easy to slip and fall. They have 1 maintenance person for this complex of over 200 units. To get something fixed takes weeks if not months. I have a mold problem in my unit which is growing and more dangerous every day. They cannot seem to get it under control. The rent is increased by over $60 per month each new lease. The office personnel put up a smiling face but do little or nothing to rectify any of these situations. They just collect the rent and show apartments but once in your at your own devices. Do not move to this complex. you will be very upset and disappointed and worried about your safety and the safety of your family. I know I am. Hello I've resided in the Amberwood Villa Apartments for over 4 years.. They are in Hemet CA
The apartment has given me a place to call home and is centrally located to Palm Springs, Los Angeles, and San Diego..
Besides being a short commute to my Monday thru Friday employer I'm also a short commute for modeling and acting in almost any location in southern California.
The complex is full of friendly neighbors.
I would recommend Amberwood Villa Apartments to anyone.
