The Enclave at Menifee

Jessica, Randi, Sawyer and now J are always welcoming and helpful. I have not lived in an apt for over 30 years and I do not have regrets renting at Enclave. The office staff are available to help a resident in person, on the phone, or via email. It makes it easy to find the answer to a question even while working full-time.

I had work performed in the apartment and it was done fabulously. Cemented my decision that this is the right place to live.

I plan on living here for quite some time.… So, the capable personnel and cleanliness of the property are important to me. I have not been disappointment.

Rent is high everywhere and I feel like I pay a fair price for the apartment and detached garage. Plus, the carport is great.

The residents I have spoken to have been friendly and I enjoy the diversity of age groups. And people seem to be respectful about cleaning up after their pets. I have not found one area that was dirty. Read More

This is and has been a great place to live. Randi and Sawyer have always been on top of everything that I have suggested and asked for. Definitely recommend.

For my first apartment this has been a pretty good experience. Although rates I feel were raised a little to much. But that's the economy we are in. Now about the apartment. Pretty decent size for a one bedroom. Located right off the 215. Perfect for someone working in the surrounding areas of Temecula, Murrieta, and Hemet. Location is Quite and there are grocery stores close by, which with a baby is a total life saver.

My apartment, Well I should say my mothers apartment is nice enough to accommodate me, my brother, my moms mother and herself. Although it's only a 3 bedroom apartment I don't mind sharing rooms. The apartment complex is beautiful to me. I like the entire layout of it and how well managed it is. The design of the apartments are nice I feel nothing to complain about. It sits right next a shopping center for easy access.
