It's a great neighborhood with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that parties or loud noise is not okay outside after 10pm so ensure that the outdoor music is off in the patio.

The house is walking distance to both the beach and Main St/Pacific City. You are close enough to walk to all attractions but far enough to not get any of the noise.

You can rent beach cruisers downtown very inexpensively and it's a great way to get around.
