How Is This Rating Determined?

Do not live here

Termites and Black mold have not been taken care of for months. We have tried taking care of the issue through the landlord , almost every day, but they are very sneaky and avoidant. I cannot get any responses or assistance with the issue and they are doing nothing to take care of it. I have had black mold and a leaking ceiling for 4-5 months and a termite infestation for over a month now. Please run the other way if you intend on moving in here.
