How Is This Rating Determined?

Management is shady and unprofessional

My roommates and I had given management a call months in advance notifying them that we wouldn't be resigning. Today, I received a call saying that they never received a notice and that we are now responsible for the next 30 days.... Maintenance can't even fix a cabinet door that doesn't shut fully as well. I understand that the price may be tempting, but would not recommend living here.

BEACH LOVERS

Great location, nice apt, big master, cool ocean breeze, pretty grounds & friendly, comparable pricing for living close to beach, for dog lovers and children. Màintenance handled promptly. Lived here a year and have no complaints. Nice neighbors, nice neighborhood, friendly staff. Recommend it 100/

Great service!!

The whole complex is kept in good shape including cleanliness and function. The maintenance manager is very responsive and helped me with some minor problems very quickly. The office management is also a great help when needed!

i live in los Arb for 16 years amazing ,quiet, friendly neighbors ,office staff all ways help my family ,few blocks to the Beach ride my bike ,
Perfect weather ,I love this apartment complex and my city .
