Its OKAY nothing crazy, a little pricey but good community. Some may say its loud because the parking lot is right infront of the rear windows of most of the first floor rooms.

Love the living environment at Breakpointe as it’s surrounded by a supportive, friendly community that makes me feel at home. There’s always something to do and people to connect with. Plus, the amenities make everyday life comfortable and convenient.

While the property gets loud, it is a comfortable and social space which makes for a good living environment for college students looking for their first apartment

he neighborhood I live in is a wonderful place filled with comfort, beauty, and a strong sense of community. The environment is clean and peaceful, with trees and flowers bringing life to every corner. In the mornings, you can hear birds singing, and in the evenings, a gentle breeze makes the air refreshing. Neighbors are friendly and caring, often organizing community events such as clean-up days and holiday celebrations that strengthen our bonds. The management team works diligently to keep... public areas well-maintained and safe, giving everyone peace of mind. Daily life here is convenient — supermarkets, parks, schools, and public transportation are all within walking distance. Whether for families, elders, or working people, this is an ideal place to live. When I moved in, there were some issues like ants, broken light and refrigerator that took a week to fix. Since then, it’s been great, lively, nice neighbors and good place to live. Parking is a little pricey and street parking isn't great. I set up my own Wi-Fi and pay for laundry but overall I do recommend living here.
