I’m sharing this so prospective residents know what our experience with management has been like.

Incident occurred 9/4 and still no resolution.
We have lived here since 2024 and were assigned a garage. After someone jumped the property gate and damaged our vehicle, we raised security concerns and were temporarily given the garage.

Later, we were told that garage was needed for incoming residents and we had a new assigned carport. I explained I did not feel comfortable using an open space… since there had been damaged to my car, the assistant told me she would share my feedback to the manager and the manager would get back to me but never then. Then came 2 days later then the controller for our assigned garage stopped working, and we discovered the code had been changed and our belongs had been thrown away or someone from maintenance named Andres kept them.

The biggest issue was the lack of communication between management. Celina said she was not aware the garage belonged to us, while another staff member apparently believed it was vacant but if it were to be vacant why would they call us to let us know they needed it for incoming residents. Maintenance was instructed to clean it out, and some of our belongings were discarded because they were apparently mistaken for trash. We never authorized anyone to remove or dispose of our property. We were also never told to remove our belongings

Trying to get the situation addressed has been extremely frustrating. The main office representatives have been disrespectful and unhelpful. We were given the supervisor Humberto’s number and called approximately 20 times, leaving multiple voicemails, but never received a response.

We repeatedly contacted Celina to let her know Humberto was not responding. We were told there was nothing she could do other than continue forwarding our emails to him, and that she was not the manager in charge.

As residents, we expected management to know which garage was assigned to us, communicate with us before making changes, protect our belongings, and actually provide assistance when something goes wrong.

I’m posting this so residents can make an informed decision. I’m also considering sharing our experience on TikTok so others can see what happened
