Fav Building

I moved here a few weeks ago and i am so happy with my decision, i love the bbq and the pools. Especially right now that it is hot summer days.
I will definitely continue to refer my friends and family here.
Rosa and crystal have helped me through the moving process,

Love this place

I recently moved into my apartment, Crystal was very helpful
and professional with the entire process. My apartment was clean when I moved in, I enjoy the pools and the garage i feel my vehicle is always safe. Liviu and Rosa are both very helpful and welcoming, paying rent online has made life much easier for me! I am very happy with my apartment, if you are looking for a nice affordable apartment in LA this is the community for you, don't forget to ask for Crystal!

Can’t wait to move in!!

We went in looking for an apartment thankfully Crystal was able to help us find exactly what we needed. We had gone to other apartments and she was by far the nicest most informative agent we had the please of being assisted by, we applied for apartment and we can’t wait to move in! This place is horrible!

First of all they never clean, they have no real security, when I lived there they stole our family car 2 times in property and the office would be non responsable, we asked for the security cameras and they avoided the question therefore their affirmation is completely invalid. I can’t forget to mention that the first night we got to the apartments they gave us an apartment that was full of cucarachas, if it wasn’t because we went and demanded a clean apartment they would’ve done nothing about… it. We have so many bad experiences in that place! Must not.
