The best apartments in OC!

My spouse and I love living here! The pool is always kept up and clean for the apartment community to enjoy and there is landscaping maintenance done often which I love because we enjoy walking our 1-year-old daughter around the complex and it allows her for safe exploring! Brenda, the apartment manager is very friendly, super understanding and attentive when it comes down to questions and concerns, we may have. Repairs are done within timely manner and neighbors always say hello. Definitely… recommend Villa Monaco apartments for any families looking for a future home.

Love living here

We love our apartment, it’s very spacious and clean and had a lot of new amenities when we moved in. The complex is very cute and well maintained. Brenda the property manager is very attentive and has great communication about everything going on in the complex or when you need anything. She made our move very smooth and she’s been so nice and helpful!

Cozy apartment community

I have lived at Villa Monico for almost 10 years I love it here for many reasons but first being my manager Brenda she has always been very kind and always helpful when I'm in need for anything. She keeps are grounds clean and nice the landscaping is beautiful she has a green thumb for sure . Her family are very kind to.

Management is Superior

I have lived at Villa Monaco for a short amount of time, and what I love most about my transition here is how kind and supportive Brenda has been to make me feel at home. The apartments are clean, neighbors are friendly and the grounds and laundry room are kept up nicely. Thank you Brenda for being so wonderful!
