My spouse and I love living here! The pool is always kept up and clean for the apartment community to enjoy and there is landscaping maintenance done often which I love because we enjoy walking our 1-year-old daughter around the complex and it allows her for safe exploring! Brenda, the apartment manager is very friendly, super understanding and attentive when it comes down to questions and concerns, we may have. Repairs are done within timely manner and neighbors always say hello. Definitely... recommend Villa Monaco apartments for any families looking for a future home.

We love our apartment, it’s very spacious and clean and had a lot of new amenities when we moved in. The complex is very cute and well maintained. Brenda the property manager is very attentive and has great communication about everything going on in the complex or when you need anything. She made our move very smooth and she’s been so nice and helpful!
