Not 100% awful but…..

No onsite coverage 75% of the time. If you need anything during this time, you must call 911 or the answering service, which may or may not get a response from management. If laundry rooms or pools don’t get unlocked or air conditioner doesn’t work in party room on the weekends or after hours, you’re out of luck and you’re not getting what you paid for. This is my experience. Not nice.
