Too many management changes
The apartment building is ok its just the management changes alot. The rooms are small but its an ok place to live.

Horrible area
There are far too many unruly, disrespectful children and loud neighbors with no curfew. The apartments are gated but they are always broken. No cameras in the vicinity even though cars have been broken into within the gates. Interior is nice, however if your apartment has new carpet or anything updated within this century before you've in, expect to pay a higher rent than everyone else.
