The ample living space and the view are two things I like best about our apartment. The well-equipped fitness room is also much appreciated by us two reasonably fit but aging seniors.

I have always had immediate response from the maintenance team here and know them and appreciate them so much !! They have been wonderful in the 4 years I have been here !

For the most part, I love it here the walls are pretty thin so you can hear every time your neighbor flushes the toilet or walks above you but I love my apartment. I love the Grounds. The Management has been lovely and I’m glad I moved here.

We have friends who are interested in Larkspur courts. We explained that the grounds are well maintained, The maintenance staff is excellent but, rents are very high. When they hear the cost of an apartment they look elsewhere.
