Larkspur Courts is located aside the SF Bay and adjacent to bus and ferry transportation to SF. The Courts are professionally maintained and beautifully landscaped. Recent renovations have resulted in upscale interior and exterior changes that include hardwood floors, new appliances, and interior painting. The local support team is professional and responsive to tenants' service needs.

Larkspur Courts is a recently upgraded apartment complex with amazing views of the SF Bay. Near shopping, marketing, and the Ferry Terminal, it provides easy access to San Francisco and local retailers for food and necessities. It also provides easy access to walks besides the Bay.

We love living at Larkspur Courts! Location, location, location! Easy access to freeways, Golden Gate ferry and Marin Country Mart. We also love the spacious grounds, the peaceful community and the view and efficiency of our unit.
