It is important to note the previous reviews are when Jessica was new to the complex. We have had several managers in the last year and she is no better than the others. The website lies about the units having central AC. Jessica also refused to correct an error on the lease paperwork and expected us to pay a higher lease amount than what the total on the contract was. We said we would pay it so long as the paperwork was updated to reflect it. Instead of doing that (or even replying or... attempting to talk to us) she stalked outside our apartment in the community area while we were out playing and working on our bike. Then as soon as we went inside she left a note on our door (rather than facing us) accusing us of lying about our pets. I still have our application from over a year ago showing we had a cat and a dog. We also have conversed multiple times via email in which I mentioned both our cat and our dog. Interesting that she only has a problem with it AFTER we point out the error on the lease in the first place. And the issue of not actually having central air has never been addressed. Though they did replace the fake thermostat.
