Great apartment, great staff, great community

Love living at AMLI! Words cannot describe how well they keep the place maintained! Staff is super friendly and prompt. They keep you updated on everything that’s being done. Neighbors are quiet never got a package stolen! You can live in the nicest luxury apartment, but if your neighbors suck, then everything sucks. But everyone here at AMLI is great!!!

Great apartment and great staff!

While the rent is by no means cheap, the amenities available and the size of the apartments are easily the best in the area. I seriously miss that great kitchen. More importantly the staff are amazing and so dog friendly. Daisy and Alex were great to work with and my dog is nervous around everybody was obsessed with them. Maintenance was always fast and reliable.

I love, love, love living At AMLI Broadway in Long Beach. On top of the beautiful apartment layout and top-quality appliances, the entertainment amenities and location make this the ideal place for anyone interested in residing in the heart of the LBC arts district. Just a few blocks from the beach makes living here even better!

Amazing place to live. Location and amenities are the best in downtown. The perks and events also increase the value of my rent. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I love living here and it's only been a month.
