Cons: There is a cockroach problem, and cars frequently get broken in to. If you live on the second floor every time someone walks by the apartment rattles. Guest parking is hard, they have to find a spot on the main street and wish for the best. Everything in the unit felt old. Pros: lots of storage space, I didn’t even need a dresser. Close to CSULB and Target.

The building is across from California State University. It was recommended to me by the off campus housing office and many students live here. I lived in a studio apartment and it came with a refrigerator, stove, heater, and ceiling fan. The bath was full sized and the kitchen had enough room for a small table and chairs. My unit had carpet, however I noticed some have wood type flooring. The building is completely gated. It has a pool in the front that is gated. There is covered parking along... the alley.
