property management is disappointing
I have been a resident at Long Beach Pacific Apartments for five years, and unfortunately the experience with property management has become increasingly disappointing.
The community Jacuzzi has been broken for nearly two months, and despite multiple requests, management has not provided residents with any clear timeline for repairs. Communication about the issue has been minimal, leaving residents repeatedly asking for updates without meaningful responses.
At the same time, one of the... building elevators is currently out of service, which further impacts accessibility within the building.
What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency and proactive communication from management. Amenities like the Jacuzzi are part of what residents pay for, and when they are unavailable for extended periods without updates or urgency to resolve the issue, it raises serious concerns about how the property is being managed.
After living here for several years and experiencing multiple maintenance and communication issues, I have decided not to renew my lease. It’s disappointing because the location has potential, but the ongoing lack of responsiveness from management has made the experience frustrating.
I hope ownership and corporate leadership take resident feedback seriously and work to improve communication, maintenance responsiveness, and accountability moving forward.
