Lived here a decade
Bed bug problems are an issue in half the building. They harass ALL tenants monthly to inspect units.
Management doesn't put any attention or care into this building. Getting anything fixed is nearly impossible. One driveway will scrape your undercarriage as you enter and exit. This has been an issue for 10 years and management won't fix.
Entrance has junk "fake flowers" and decor that look like someone dumpster dived.
Hall carpet is disgusting with stains all over the place. They refuse go... replace it, though this is probably harboring those bed bugs they can't seem to get rid of
Location is fantastic!!

ACTIVE BED BUG PROBLEM
This property has an active bed bug issue. Property Management company has long history of being non compliant and inconsistent with remediation.

My sweet Home
I love my place, but living accommodations are not livable. The old carpet has not been replaced for 11 years. Moreover nothing has been done by management. Whatever that needed to be fixed, was done or paid on my own. I've giving on fighting with management company. Beside these facts, I love where I live, the apartment is cozy and warm. Located right in the middle of West Hollywood.
