Unsafe

Management is nearly nonexistent, extremely difficult to reach, if you need anything at all good luck getting a hold of them. Place is one building away from Santa Monica Blvd so loud traffic noice at all times. Back alley has aggressive homeless sleeping there and would run after you and threaten to hurt you at night and in BROAD DAY LIGHT. They break into the building at night to take a dump, trash around, break into the storage units and cars, and steal residents properties, repeatedly. Yet... management would not install a security camera, reinforce the locks or do anything about it. These are just 30% of the problems.
