My experience at 717 has been wonderful; the resident lounges with office space saved me on my first few days of move in, I did not have my desk and internet set up and needed a place to work. Shout out to the entire staff; all friendly and informative! My first few weeks have been awesome!

717 Olympic is an amazing community to live in and reasonably affordable for Los Angeles. Especially for the accommodations and amenities offered at 717. The convenience and walkability alone is highly sought after in DTLA. The staff from Leasing, Concierge and Maintenance are accommodating, kind, approachable and professional.

Awful move in experience from the very first phone call, random ppl roam the building, the leasing staff is rude, Follow up is horrible, still have broken and non working items in my apt. I’ve never moved in a place, and couldn’t wait to move out. Most likely I’ll break my lease as soon as I get acclimated with the city, to find a better living space!! I love Greystar properties, but this thee WORST place I’ve ever lived in. I’m not looking forward to this leasing experience, and mind you, I’ve... only been here for two weeks! :(
