I've been living in 717 Olympic for about a year and a half now and I have been loving my experience so far. I love how personable all the staff is here. I feel like I know everyone and they are all so friendly and approachable. All my needs and request are handled swiftly and with quality. The apartment events here are epic and allow me to connect with more of my neighbors and create community. Encourage Greystar leadership to inspect the 717 building. Upgrades to the elevator cabs and hallway carpeting on each floor are overdue to return to the 717 "elevated" lifestyle status.
The floor 7 elevator vestibule has maintenance carts and other detritus most days. These items should be stored around the corner in the maintenance area to maintain the stated "elevated" property. Also, wood peneling corners on the 7th floor elevator vestibule need corner guards.
A small detail but the... elevator call buttons outside the elevator have a ring around them from when they used to get wiped down daily during the Covid period of time. The entire paneling outside the elevator should get cleaned so the "ring" is removed.
I hope these comments are taken in the positive manner they are intended so leaseholders feel good about the "elevated" building in which thy are living.
