Encourage Greystar leadership to inspect the 717 building. Upgrades to the elevator cabs and hallway carpeting on each floor are overdue to return to the 717 "elevated" lifestyle status.
The floor 7 elevator vestibule has maintenance carts and other detritus most days. These items should be stored around the corner in the maintenance area to maintain the stated "elevated" property. Also, wood peneling corners on the 7th floor elevator vestibule need corner guards.
A small detail but the... elevator call buttons outside the elevator have a ring around them from when they used to get wiped down daily during the Covid period of time. The entire paneling outside the elevator should get cleaned so the "ring" is removed.
I hope these comments are taken in the positive manner they are intended so leaseholders feel good about the "elevated" building in which thy are living.
