Okay apartment, bad maintenance
The apartments are cool, especially the 2nd floor ones because they're a two story apartment (as opposed to the one-story 1st floor studios). This makes up for the smaller space (living room is decent, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms are decent/average, kitchen is extremely small, a little dining area, and average sized rooms). But the water can never decide if it wants to be hot or cold or both, so you'll never have a good shower. Plus it takes the landlord about a year or so to make any repairs. Homeless... people sometimes set up camp next door, and there's often trash left there regardless. The neighborhood is decent, within walking distance to trains and buses and 24-hour grocery store and restaurants. But it's a loud area much of the time. The upstairs area get extremely hot.
