I’ve been living in this apartment for a few days . Overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is incredibly convenient—close to grocery stores, public transit, and restaurants. The building itself is well-maintained, and management is responsive to maintenance requests. My unit is spacious, with plenty of natural light and modern appliances. Noise levels are generally low, which makes it a comfortable place to relax or work from home. The neighbors are friendly but respectful of... privacy.

So far so good. Everyone has been so nice and attentive! Move in was easy and the community is so beautiful. I love the park we have on 8th and the views from our roof are absolutely stunning. Out of my 5 years moving into the city as an LA native, this is the first community where I feel safe at as a single woman.
