I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the incredible experience I’ve had living here at Westlake Village. From the first day I arrived, I knew this would be a wonderful place to call home. I would highly recommend Westlake Village to anyone looking for a welcoming community, especially families with kids and pets.

I want to especially acknowledge Amanda, the office manager. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels cared for. Amanda is always... friendly, proactive, and quick to address any issues that come up. Her dedication truly makes a difference in creating the warm and inviting environment we all enjoy. I am equally appreciative of the maintenance team, who are not only skilled but also prompt and courteous. Any problem that arises is handled efficiently, making life here stress-free. Beyond the incredible staff, my neighbors have been nothing short of amazing kind, welcoming, and respectful. This sense of community makes Westlake Village stand out as, hands down, one of the best places I’ve ever lived.

Los departamentos son excelentes, todo funciona perfectamente y el ambiente es muy agradable. La limpieza, comodidad y tranquilidad hacen que vivir aquí sea una experiencia muy satisfactoria. Totalmente recomendable.

The apartment staff has been the most notable part of our living experience at arrive. I love our vaulted ceilings and updated fixtures in the apartment the upgrades make the experience that much better and the neighborhood is quiet which helps tremendously!

We’ve had a wonderful experience so far! Very peaceful and well-maintained community. The office and maintenance staff are also kind and helpful.

Past months all common areas aren't being maintained like previous when upgrading property. Please get back to it! Laundry room is always a struggle here and hallways and trash area have slipped.
