I have had a positive living experience at Arrive Westlake Village. The community is generally quiet, clean, and well-maintained, which creates a comfortable environment for residents. The leasing office team is friendly and responsive whenever questions or requests come up. Maintenance requests have been handled in a timely and professional manner, which I truly appreciate. Hot water constantly goes out, for days on end. Management never offers any compensation for the inconvenience, just excuses. No security cameras in the parking lots for residents, only by maintenances storage. Our cars have been vandalized and hit and others have had their storages broken into. Rude neighbors constantly drinking in the parking lot and leaving their empties everywhere. Extremely unhappy with our experience here.
