My arrive rolling oaks community is super nice and helpful. The community is quieter than I expected so I feel like I have to watch my loudness which is why I give it 4 stars but it is a safe apartment area which I can’t complain about

I like the complex as a whole but each unit is pretty small. The individual AC/heating units make it difficult to keep the whole apartment comfortable.

Love the place. Very quiet. Nice community. Stuff is nice. Pool is clean. People are nice. I wish there were more food trucks or events for the community and kids in the cmplex

Thus far my experience here has been good. Although I would appreciate an electric charger for cars. I think that would be very convenient for most of the tenants living here. I have recently seen a few electric cars. Living in an apartments has been difficult to be able to get a charger.
