Do not live here if you don’t want cockroaches.
I’ve had multiple roaches in my apartment, including big ones crawling on the floor and walls. This isn’t a one-time thing , it’s clearly an ongoing problem. Management has not taken it seriously or fixed it, and I’m paying too much money to be dealing with pests in my home.

If you’re considering moving here, think twice. The photos on the listing don’t show the reality. Look somewhere else unless you’re okay sharing your place with cockroaches.

What a lovely building. Its a shame my family and I will never get to love there, after the leasing office arbitrarily decided my wife and our five year-old are not desirable enough. They tried to slow-walk our application and look for reasons to deny it, when they finally had to accept it, they left us a voice message congratulating us. Five minutes later they attempted to increase the rent by over $700/mo. Now they claim that this was ALWAYS the price,. Well I have screenshots to the contrary,... so no.

Such a hidden gem. Close to restaurants and grocers and you can walk to just about everywhere. Must see!

The location of this apartment complex is great...right down the street from The Daily Planet and Birds. 10 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd. It takes time for repair requests to be fulfilled, however, management is considerate. Upgrades are being done on some rooms, yet our rent was raised without any upgrades, which was unfortunate.
