This is a cool location and would be great if the Noise insulation was better. I was ready to move out after my lease ended, It's like a bad hotel stay that has thin walls, You can hear EVERYTHING as if it is happening in YOUR Apartment! ZERO privacy too, because you can be heard. ALL conversations, sex, you name it--no enjoyment of or privacy in your apartment. Particularity the apartment below you or above you--is what you hear the most. It's amplified like an echo chamber.. Just slightly... turning on TV or a radio, or a phone call, can all be heard as if it's in your own apartment and vice versa.. Imagine getting woken up in the middle of the night just from people above or below you walking around or talking while in bed.. It Happens because of the lack of noise insulation and how/when the apartments were made.

One Bedroom
It's a nice sunny place with a huge living room. It's spaced out well with the bedroom in the back. It has a wall unit for the AC in the living room with the heater in the living room as well. Consequently the back bedroom is blazing hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. The windows are panel style so it's near impossible to put an AC window unit in anywhere. A gated and covered parking space is made available to me and it's so centrally located the uncomfortable temperatures are... bearable. It has hard wood floors which is nice. The appliances and bathroom are a bit out dated but I'm single and I live alone so I can deal with it. All in all it's a great place to live with very friendly tenants in a small building in the heart of the city. That's my apartment.
