I moved to LA to be close to work, and am very happy that I chose Gas Co. Sure, it's another luxury apartment complex, but honestly the people who work here made it feel like home to me. The people at the front really get to know the residents (if you chat back with them of course), and it was nice to have Mike, Leo, Esther, and more to update when I was dealing with the LA transition. Amenities are nice, such as rooftop pool and lounge areas to invite friends on the weekends. Parking is next... door at the USC Keck building or across the street at 800 Flower, or you can even opt to park in the basement for a premium. I like that it's pet friendly, and they even have treats up at the front desk next to their Starbucks coffee machine. Although I'm moving out soon for another opportunity, the Gas Co has been a great home for the last few years.

My apartment is spacious and modern but unfortunately its too expensive for me
