Great place to live!

Lived here for over a year and loved my time on Gramercy! Fantastic community with good amenities. My apartment was well designed and maintained. The maintenance team (especially Eddie!) is fantastic and were always quick to respond to any concerns I had. Would have loved to continue living here, if only a 2 bedroom had opened up!

TOWED MY CAR FROM MY SPOT

As a tenant, I was given a parking spot. When the people who had been living there a long time argued that the spot was theirs. The buildings manager gave me a new spot. Now a new manager has come in, and instead of notifying me in ANY WAY, they towed my car, saying it was in the wrong spot. They weren't confused who's car it was, and they didn't look into why it was parked there. It was a nasty thing that could have been avoided with the simplest of forms of communications. This is the type of… company running this building. Don't rent here.

Great Apartment!

This apartment is definitely worth the cost. It has a variety of choices in it with varying costs. I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends if they do not have a home. The reason I gave it a five-star is because of it's low prices for great apartments. My apartment is actually said to be the best in the apartment. I have spent thousands of dollars from my own pocket to make my apartment look more luxurious.
