Previous rental management was unprofessional and had several managers over the last few years, but we kept the building maintenance staff, who is fast, friendly and flawless. New management actually knows what they are doing. Excellent nieghbors!

Management has been made aware of and received endless calls about a tenant that has left a poor dog out to die on their balcony in extreme heat, and they are refusing to do anything about it. They are also lying about rectifying the situation. They are allowing and supporting animal abuse, not to mention the health violations that are occurring due to the poor animal having no choice but to urinate and defecate all over the balcony.

I lived here for more than a year, left my unit in incredible condition. I moved out a few months ago and I'm still waiting for the return of my security deposit. The property management company keeps telling me the cheque is in the mail but it's been 3 months now and I still haven't received it. The accounting department won't email me back with proof that the cheque has been issued and property manager won't answer phone calls.

The manager is terrible, delayed answers regardless of however polite these replies seem.
Car was broken into and there was no access to the camera, I doubt they even work. The manager is not around to handle these issues, there were a line of people waiting for arrival.
What good is it to have a gated lot at this rate?
I can hear the neighbors and every little thing.

Stay away! Looks pretty on the outside there have been multiple break-ins in the parking lot even though it is gated. Management is never around or available to tenants during these type of crisis.
