Living at The Medici Apartments in Los Angeles was a very disappointing experience. I personally felt ignored and disrespected when communicating with the management.
Even during situations that felt important or urgent, responses were either delayed or not provided at all. When I did manage to speak with the management, the interaction often came across as rude and dismissive, which made it very frustrating as a resident.
At times, I genuinely felt uncomfortable raising concerns because of how... the communication was handled. Living here did not feel supportive or resident-friendly, especially when basic issues required attention.

i know sometimes the door dont work but it doesnt have to do with the office this issues are cause by the people that lives here or that comes in just to damage who dont know how to be respectful and value there living and cant keep there hands to themselves when they see packages outside units everything is great here the amenities are well maintain if residences follow rules and guidelines it shouldnt be no issue the good thing that rent rates changes on a daily basis therefor people come and... go you'll see new faces new good vibes frequently. Waste of time, scheduled an appointment to see the complex. They pushed it 15 minutes, 10 minutes before the meeting. Arrived at the new time and waiting another 15 minutes but no one ever came so left. Unprofessional leasing agents, if they are so bad at trying to get my money in the first place I can’t image how bad it will be once I live there

I am currently residing in an apartment unit that has been an absolute nightmare due to severe roach issues and an utterly incompetent management team. My experience here has been so dreadful that I feel compelled to share my story in the hopes of sparing others from the ordeal I've endured.

Roach Infestation: From the day I moved in, it became evident that the apartment had a severe roach infestation problem. These revolting pests were everywhere – in the kitchen, bathroom, and even in my... bedroom. No amount of pest control treatments seemed to make a difference. It was a constant source of stress and disgust.

Ineffective Pest Control: The management's response to the roach infestation was nothing short of inept. Despite multiple complaints and requests for action, their pest control efforts were ineffective and inconsistent. It felt like they were merely going through the motions without a genuine commitment to resolving the issue.

Health Concerns: Living in an environment infested with roaches posed serious health risks. I worried incessantly about the potential for food contamination and the spread of diseases.

Negligent Management: The management team's incompetence extended beyond just pest control. The general upkeep of the building was abysmal, and they displayed a complete lack of concern for the well-being of their tenants.

Stress and Frustration: The constant battle with roaches and the management's indifference caused immense stress and frustration. It was disheartening to feel trapped in a lease agreement with no way out, as breaking the lease would have been financially crippling.

Their response time is awful. They don’t provide clear instructions and then they’ll charge you extra for their mistake. 100% do not recommend this place.
