My service request was not completed.
The maintenance representative was very unprofessional and rude. The vent in the master bedroom is extremely loud and the company is refusing to replace it. People smoke marijuana and the community is always smelling like marijuana

Interacting with office staff has been a frustrating experience through and through. Disorganized and incompetent as a whole. Be prepared to get the run around and hear excuses upon excuses as to why any particular issue cannot be resolved then and there. One day it's because the manager is not available and another day they say they will look into it and follow-up with either an email or call back. And of course no response after waiting 4+ weeks. Even after trying to reach out to the office... through 5+ phone calls and emails later.. no follow-up. Sure shows how much management cares about residents after the lease contract is signed.

staff is nice and the facilities are new. security is good. my apartment smells like cigarette smoke because my neighbors smoke. if you have verizon there is no cell tower so service is horrible. no wifi in the gym. you can only have 1-2 guests in the game room so you can't use it if you have more than 2 friends. hourly limits on most amenities and some you can't even use unless you pay a ridiculous hourly fee. i could go on about the random noises at night and early morning. currently(2am)... there is music being blasted and nothing being done about it. just avoid this place, it's not worth the rent.
