Could hear every footstep of upstairs neighbor

I could hear basically every footstep of my upstairs neighbor. This was not their (singular) fault, but rather a structural issue with the building. It disturbed my sleep on a regular basis. If I could go back in time, I would advise myself NOT to live here, so now I'm doing that for you, dear reader.

Management raised the rent by 4% in the 2 years I stayed there, which is their right but still annoying.

On a positive note, I found that maintenance usually responded in a pretty timely manner.

Unsafe and Management/cityview do not care

This place is such an unsafe environment to live in. At night most of the exterior lighting do not even work no matter the amount of times I report this issue to management. Unfortunately, this has led to car thefts, property thefts and trespassers.

Earlier this year thieves trespassed the property and stole a few catalytic converters from cars, constant car break ins and frequent homeless people wondering in the staircase or sleeping on the hammocks.

I reported a broken exterior parking lot… light belong to 1811 building literally over a year ago and nothing has been done. I brought this up to management and their utility workers, nothing was done.

Cityview - pay attention to the management company you hired. This property continues to diminish the longer management ignores ongoing issues.
