Pets are welcome and one car off-street parking is available on the drive way. There is plenty of street curb side parking in front of the property. Baby essentials are available upon request, including a high chair, crib, and toys.

This is one unit in a multi-family property, with complete privacy. The unit comes with a private entrance and private yard and patio space. While this guest house shares a soundproof wall with the main house, any noise is minimal. Quiet time is from 8 pm to 8 am. Additionally, earplugs and a white noise machine are provided. No parties or smoking are allowed inside the house or any other violation of house rules. A $500 fee will be strictly enforced if any rules are broken. This is a shoes-off home.
