Not a place to live!
This building should be billed as uninhabitable. I have mice in my apartment, which I've been told is a building-wide issue and must be addressed in that way. The garbage area is over-run with trash and the entrance way to the apartments are never cleaned. But the worst is Black Mold. One of the tenants has complained about it and the complaint is being investigated. I am 7 months pregnant an I will try to break my lease because of these issues. There is no way I can allow my baby to live in a... building with all these issues, most especially the black mold.
