River's Bend Apartments

I've been searching for an apartment for a couple of months and these were the best!

From my arrival at the office the staff were professional and greeted me and my family. The unit I was looking to rent was not available but they were able to show me a different apartment so I could get a feel of how they are on the inside.

It was clean, smelled fresh, and was well lit. Although there weren't any lights in the bedroom only a switch control outlet,something I've not come across in my years... of rent.

Back to the office and the manager gave me all the information about the community, explained income qualifications, and the credit background procedure.

I love the apartments. So quite, one block away from my son's school (Paragon).

Old management company was good, things in my apartment were fixed in a reasonable time.

Just recieved notice that the apartments are sold and have new management company, manager said no other changes except office hours changed for Saturday and no online payments.

I'll continue to live here if new owners continue to keep things up to date and clean. I'll follow up on this review if things turn out... differently. Read More
