Family & Cat friendly apartments
I have lived at Coleman Oaks for over 3 years now. It's been a friendly, clean, and well-maintained complex. The pool and patio have been a plus during the summertime. The service needs are prompt so no complaints. We are very happy living here and look forward to more years to come.

Well-maintained friendly place to live
I have lived at Coleman oaks for 12 years now. Everyone is friendly and the garden and laundry and pool are well-maintained. Maintenance is prompt and takes care of all of my service needs. I am very happy living here and can’t see myself leaving anytime soon.

Coleman Oaks
So, I've lived here for more than 10 years. My rent has gone up 60% in 4 years. Its still going up. The place itself is pretty sturdy. A little noisier than it used to be. More people living in the same space./
Theres an occasional maintenance person. The owners will respond to issues within a couple of weeks, if they feel like it.
