Heads up if internet actually matters to you here

The building runs on WhiteSky and honestly the service is pretty bad. I tried to switch to AT&T Fiber and it's been a mess since 7/20. The AT&T tech came out but couldn't even find the fiber connection point for our building. When I followed up, management told me the install is "not allowed" because it supposedly messed with WhiteSky's lines, and now they won't even let AT&T into the electrical/telecom room to do the work.

And yeah, they'll let you opt out of paying for WhiteSky, but that… doesn't really help when you're not actually allowed to install anything else. So you're basically stuck with WhiteSky whether you like it or not.

If you care about a real fiber connection, just know that getting another provider in here hasn't been possible for me.

We’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and overall it has been a nice and safe place to live. Most of the staff are very kind, especially Ms. Claudia, who is always very helpful whenever we have concerns. There are just a few front desk staff who are less accommodating, particularly when it comes to providing parking passes. Our main concerns are the limited visitor parking availability and the process of retrieving cars from the automated parking garage.

I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Lume related to utility billing—specifically recycled water and sewer charges—and the way the issue has been handled.

After months of stable, low usage, my account showed a sudden and sustained spike in recycled water consumption beginning mid-September, followed by higher and duplicated sewer charges starting in October. I provided daily usage data clearly showing the change, including multiple extreme spike days that are not consistent with… residential use.

Management’s response was slow and fragmented. While a third-party audit confirmed the meter reading matched the billing system, the review failed to analyze the daily consumption data, investigate meter mapping, or examine building-side configurations that could explain the spike. In other words, the audit checked the box on “meter accuracy” but didn’t address the actual problem.

Communication lacked clear ownership and timelines, requiring repeated follow-ups to move anything forward. Billing continued despite documented discrepancies, forcing a formal dispute instead of a proactive correction.

I expect a data-driven investigation and timely resolution when billing anomalies are clearly demonstrated. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.
