Heads up if internet actually matters to you here
The building runs on WhiteSky and honestly the service is pretty bad. I tried to switch to AT&T Fiber and it's been a mess since 7/20. The AT&T tech came out but couldn't even find the fiber connection point for our building. When I followed up, management told me the install is "not allowed" because it supposedly messed with WhiteSky's lines, and now they won't even let AT&T into the electrical/telecom room to do the work.
And yeah, they'll let you opt out of paying for WhiteSky, but that... doesn't really help when you're not actually allowed to install anything else. So you're basically stuck with WhiteSky whether you like it or not.
If you care about a real fiber connection, just know that getting another provider in here hasn't been possible for me.
