The nonrefundable pet screening fee is $35/pet, and must be renewed annually.

Renter's Insurance is required. If Tenant fails to provide proof of Renter's Insurance, they will be required to pay $15/month Liability to Landlord Insurance fee.

Verifiable Combined Monthly Gross Income Needed to Qualify is 3x your portion of the rent.
