Urgent Maintenance Request Kitchen sink backed up just when my cleaner was about to arrive to clean the apartment. I submitted the maintenance request and also went into the office and reported the issue. Mike, the property maintenance person arrived within minutes to attend to the sink, fixing it in time for my cleaner to put over with her work. Excellent result!

Garbage Disposal Great service! It had been reset twice earlier and this time was replaced with new disposal! Maintenance technician was here in less than two hours and did an evaluation which showed it was not repairable ! He installed a new one in approximately a half hour! I am excited to have the new unit! Thank you for such quick response!??. Beverly Thornton

Avery is Awesome Moving into our 2-bedroom at Avery has been wonderful. Almost every minor maintenance issue we’ve come across was fixed within 2 business days of submitting our maintenance request. The staff here are great, they take good care of the grounds and landscaping in general. It’s peaceful and quiet here. Avery made a great first impression when I first visited and they have certainly lived up to it since moving in. I am so happy with my new home. Thank you to Avery and all of the... wonderful staff here :)

Downhill Renewed because i hate moving. Quality of this place has gone downhill, but rent goes up every year. Valet trash is a joke. Why are we paying for 2 different trash servuces. I can throw my own trach out. The walkways are always lined with trash. Looks like a 3rd world country sometimes. For long term tenants there is no appreciation for loyalty just a increase in rent. Maintenance is slow to respond to requests or at all. They have rules and policies but are never enforced. Why... i renewed, i ask myself that daily sometimes.

Gym Could Use Help Love everything here except for the treadmills & ellipticals being broken 95% of the time. Once they figure out a solution to that, I’ll have no complaints!! Also just FYI sometimes the scent bomb in the gym is nauseating. Very strong floral/clean scent & not sure where it comes from.
