Entry gate The gate has had issues since the new system was implemented. Terrible resolution to the problem. The gate has been broken for over a month. Access panel is still down. Guests cannot enter. Nobody in the office has an answer as to when it might be fixed. The old system worked perfectly and this new system was an absolute waste of money that hasn't worked since day one.
Cars lined up 10 deep sometimes waiting to get in. An easy solution would be to leave it open until it can either... be fixed or a system that works and is reliable has been installed. And common sense would have you to believe an access panel on both entrances would be better rather than having everyone enter from one side and drive clear around the complex to get to their destination.
Whoever thought this was a better solution to the old system that worked perfectly should have the old system put back or remove the gate entirely. Its unacceptable at this point.
